Data Warehouse Support Analyst KE6291 MERIDIAN Technology Group is looking for a Data Warehouse Support Analyst KE6291 with a solid understanding of data warehouse/ETL and Business Intelligence concepts. 2 -3 years experience working with Informatica Power Center system. 1-3 years experience with any BI products like Business Objects or Cognos or MS Analysis Server. 1-3 years experience working with any database product. Must have strong query writing, database and data analysis skills. Familiar with change control methodology required. Ability to analyze data issues and identify root cause also required. Responsibilities include work in partnership with Project Manager, Developers and other Database Engineers to design and deploy new data warehouse products. You will be responsible for monitoring / troubleshooting daily ETL load, fixing data issues, tracking bugs and providing daily operational metrics. Participate product release process, determine impact to existing DW and OLTP systems and complete code rollout by working with other operation support / Development team. Review deliverables to ensure that they meet specifications and operation standards. Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variables. Informatica ETL system maintenance / ETL performance analysis / trend analysis, addressing performance issues by working with development/database team. Work with development team to create necessary operational documents and transition daily support activities. Recommend systems changes to development management.
