| Program Manager KE6303 MERIDIAN Technology Group is seeking a Program Manager KE6303 with solid project management skills. 7 years of experience working in database and data warehouse technologies. Must have strong systems and data warehouse analysis experience. Must also have experience designing, implementing and administrating operations and test environment for both client server and web-based distributed applications. Advanced Excel skills are critical. Experience working with SQL performance monitoring and tuning and high availability systems along with ability to build moderately complex SQL queries to pull data sets for analysis required. Experience designing reports utilizing SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services, Crystal Reports and Access also required. Experience creating databases, tables and SQL Objects, utilized stored procedures, triggers, user defined functions, views and indexes, including index tuning. Previous experience working in mission-critical 24/7-operations center that stressed and built troubleshooting skills. Experience with service oriented architecture desired. Payment processing experience a plus. You will take ownership of payment system escalations from the live site. Gauge impact, research the issue and drive the resolution of defects in payment system. Collaborate with business, IT and payment processing vendors as needed. Communicate issue/escalation/outage status to customers, business stake holders and executive team. Manage and monitor payment processor upgrades and outages. Track payment processor progress on defect resolution. Field payment processing questions from business partners, vendors and other technical teams, research and provide a timely solution. Analyze common payment errors and error conditions. Collaborate with the business stake holders and the payment development team on building infrastructure to proactively monitor and report on the health of client's payments processing. Document frequently asked and technical questions and provide research for knowledge base articles. Attend and contribute to payment system spec reviews on new functionality. Assist with test cases and/or program management projects. Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with ability to work with all levels of individuals. BA/BS degree in technical field or related discipline preferred.
